The same rules for every professional in the directory.
We only show professionals who match your search: the area or postcode, the specialty and, if you tick it, 24-hour emergency service. We leave out nobody who meets those criteria.
Among those results, Accredited professionals come first, then Professional ones, and Basic ones last.
If you share your location, within each tier the ones who serve your area come first, then those closest to you.
When you give no location, or between professionals who are equally close, the order is random and changes with every search, so the same ones are not always favoured.
Customer reviews have no effect on the order of the results.
